| Poultry business in Pakistan is one of a very common way of trading now days. Our company was the first one to apply the electronic mobility of the eggs (layer).
  
The poultry farming has now become one of the most dynamic associated parts of agriculture throughout the world. Poultry culture in South Asian countries is expanding rapidly and the rate of growth of commercial layer and broiler (meat producing) farms is phenomenal to meet the ever increasing demand for proteins through poultry meet and eggs. In Pakistan, poultry industry had made considerable contribution to food production and plays a vital role in the economy of the country. Raising of poultry in Pakistan has virtually proven a profitable enterprise as it is the best source of cheap, palatable and nutritious food protein. The poultry production commenced in Pakistan in 1963. Hen birds were mostly maintained in the backyard of the houses in villages on a small scale, with very little investment by the villagers in terms of money and material.
  
Different types of poultry farms cater to different segments of the market. Breeding farms are set up for the sole purpose of hatching and raising poultry for sale to other farmers. The farmers who buy poultry from these farms set up broiler farms. Broiler chickens are reared just for their meat. The usual procedure is to procure day old chicks, keep them for six weeks and market them. During the time that they are in the farm, their feeding, supplements, etc. is closely monitored. Another type of poultry farm is layer farm, where chicks are raised for the purpose of egg production. Agriculture We have been in the agriculture business since last 3 decades. We grow different types of fruits and vegetables, depending on the season. Tonns of fruits and vegetables are harvested and sent to the local market for trading purpose. The R.K tagged fruits&veggies, is the indication to the market that the product is from the farms of R.G.O.C.
  
We grow our crops on the land that measures over 300 acres. With an excellent supply of water and power facility. Our agriculture department firmly believes in growing the crops that is consumed round the year. Other then some crops which requires particular season.
  
Our major crop includes corn, tomatoes, onions, long-melons, potatoes, tamarind and cucumbers. The sapotas, mangoes, dates, musk melon and water melons are the seasoned crops.

Apart from trading in the local market, we had been involved in the cross border trading with Iran, Saudi Arabia and U.A.E. Which was a delightful experience.
  
To modernize the technical skills, the green house gardening, drib-irrigation and the use of machinery for plowing, harvesting and cultivation were introduced by the group to improvise the fields of nature. Apart from picking of the ripe fruit, which is carried out manually.
